Red vinification with a post fermentation extraction for many days in 300 Lt open type barrels. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels. Deep ruby color. On the nose it is elegant with typical aromas of red fruits, spices such as white pepper and licorice, as well as basil and violet flavors. Freshness on the palate with refreshing acidity, silky tannins and long aftertaste. Goes very well with meat dishes, tomato based stews, and even a simple meat and cheese platter. It is also a great match with fattier meats like lamb and pork.
